The flag of Afghanistan is a rectangular tricolor featuring three vertical bands of black, red, and green, with the Afghan coat of arms superimposed on the center of the red band. The aspect ratio of the flag is 3:2.

This was close. It would look almost perfect, if I had made this before the Taliban took over the country, because the coat of arms used here is the one of the new regime.
