The flag of Aruba has an aspect ratio of 2:3 and consists of two equal horizontal bands of blue (top) and red (bottom) with a four-pointed white-fimbriated star in the center.

I really like this one (although the colors could be less strong). I made the star transparent because Fimbriation basically just means "contour", I guess, so if you don't tell me the color of the thing getting fimbriated, it's probably just transaprent.
