The flag of Wallis and Futuna is a rectangular banner with an aspect ratio of 2:3. It consists of two horizontal stripes of equal width, with the top stripe being red (#FF0000) and the bottom stripe being white (#FFFFFF). In the upper left corner, there's a smaller square French tricolor flag, which has blue (#0055A4), white (#FFFFFF), and red (#EF4135) vertical stripes. The French flag covers one-third of the total flag length and half of its height. Centered on the white stripe, there are two Maltese crosses in red (#FF0000).
