The flag of the Philippines consists of a rectangular piece of fabric with a 1:2 aspect ratio, divided horizontally into two equal parts: a blue upper half and a red lower half. In the center of the flag is a white equilateral triangle with its base parallel to the flagpole, and on each vertex of the triangle is a yellow five-pointed star.
