Description
The flag of Peru consists of three equal vertical bands - the outer ones are red and the middle one is white. The aspect ratio of the flag is 2:3, with a length of 150 units and a width of 100 units. The color codes for the red and white stripes are Pantone 485 C and Pantone White, respectively. The coat of arms of Peru is located in the center of the white stripe, taking up a third of its height. The coat of arms measures 25 units in diameter and is circumscribed by two golden laurel branches. The national emblem features a vicuña, sun, cornucopia, and a phrygian cap atop two crossed swords on a red field.
