The flag of Central African Republic is a rectangular triband of blue, white, and green, of proportions 2:3. The top and bottom bands are blue, the central is white, and the middle to bottom stripe is green.

The "middle to bottom" green stripe is actually there and can be accessed by running into the wall between the middle and the bottom stripe.

You just can't see it because you're a muggle.
