The Anguilla flag is a horizontal triband with an upper strip of blue, a center strip of white and a bottom strip of light blue. It has a ratio of 1:2 and a Saint David's cross in the center of the white stripe.

This was pretty straight forward, but I'm amazed at how bad this looks even though only a few colors and shapes are used.
