The flag of Uzbekistan has an aspect ratio of 1:2 and consists of three horizontal stripes. The top stripe is blue (#0099B5), the middle stripe is white (#FFFFFF), and the bottom stripe is green (#1EB53A). There is a narrow red (#CE1126) fimbriation between the white and blue stripes, as well as between the white and green stripes.

On the left side of the blue stripe, close to the hoist, there is a white crescent moon and twelve white five-pointed stars. The crescent is approximately 1/8 of the flag's width, while each star measures about 1/16 of the flag's width. The stars are arranged in three rows of 2-4-2 pattern, slightly tilted and forming an arc around the crescent.

The flag does not have any specific geometric properties or measurements beyond those mentioned above.
