Description
The flag of India, also known as the Tiranga, has an aspect ratio of 2:3. It consists of three horizontal stripes of equal width and a circular emblem in the center.

The circular emblem in the center is the Ashoka Chakra, which is navy blue with Pantone 2735 C and HEX #000080. The chakra has a diameter that is 70% of the height of the white stripe. It consists of 24 equally spaced spokes.
Each stripe's width is 1/3 of the flag's height, and the length of the flag is twice its height.
